About Raw Fitness

We are not your typical fitness gym or trainers. In fact, we want to be nothing like those other gyms.

Our mission is to help over 5,000 local, busy individuals overcome the obstacles and stresses of everyday life through holistic lifestyle practices. Though our community support, we strive to transform, and enrich, the people’s lives around us by coaching them on how they can start to feel, look, and live the way they have always dreamt of.

At R.A.W Fitness, we practice a holistic approach to improving the body by bringing it back into balance. We take you through individual assessments focused on the body, but we also incorporate the mind, lifestyle, nutrition and many other factors that will help you get you REAL RESULTS. We want to help you get the most out of yourself, and your time here with us.

We specialize in Group Training. Our three core programs are our Weight Loss Group Training, Strength Training, and Transformation Programs.

Our Group Training are designed to give you the most efficient workout in the shortest amount of time. These classes are focused more on fat loss and conditioning while burning as many calories as we can during the class with a combination of cardio and strength training. However, these classes are for everyone as we incorporate our Smart Group Training Model to help ensure your safety. This allows our coaches to know what movements you may be at risk for, and we come up with any modification you may need.

Than we have our Strength Training Program. This is the cream of the crop program designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone your body and mind. With our individualized programming, we develop a plan for you to really get that toned and defined physique we are all aer. We also incorporate our individualized lifestyle &nutrition coaching to help you get REAL RESULTS. Not only that, but you get set up with your own accountability & habit coach and program to give you even ways to achieve ultimate success and wellness.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase your strength and stamina, or to just be able to run around the yard with your children, we are here to help. We Train SMART

We specialize in Group Training. The problem with many group training models, is it is a one size fits all. Or there is a high turn-over for injuries. But not with our new model! We specialize in individualizing Group Training!

No matter if you’re an advanced athlete, or someone that has never worked out in their life, our Group Training model is a perfect fit for you. Because we don’t just do Group Training, we do Group Training right. We do it SMART!

Our SMART Group Training method is designed to keep YOUR individual body and needs the main focus while training. Not only that but we have a specialized assessment protocol we take our members through to discover what exercises they may be at risk of injury for. We will also show our members specific exercises they can add to their warm-up or do at home so that they can eventually fix or correct the underlying problem that may be causing pain and discomfort in the body.

We do this to keep everyone safe and make sure our programs are effective, fun and safe for YOU, and not just the masses.
