Our group strength training program, here in Washington Twp. Mi, is designed to help increase strength and performance in a safe and effective manner. Strength training is the number one way to increase your metabolism, but it needs to be done in a strategic way to get the most out of it. With strength training done right, you can look to start getting leaner, with a more defined and tone look. Strong is the new skinny! We take you through an in depth assessment to determine where your starting point is, and all of the coaches collaborate to build out the program specifically tailoring to everyones individual needs.

We provide you with very easy to follow meal plans that are flexible and family friendly. We also then provide you with the accountability to reach your fitness goals.

Accountability and Support Coaching

We are not the gym to let you go out and figure it out on your own. You are provided with your own lifestyle accountability coach, to help keep you on track with your goals, but also give you the support you deserve along the way. You get access to weekly and monthly check ins with your coach, for that much needed accountability and support, so that you never have to go at it alone.
