1. What made you get into fitness?
- I have wanted to be a personal trainer ever since I was in early high school. My initial plan was to be a secondary education gym teacher during the school year and a personal trainer during the summer time. I ended up changing routes halfway through college and decided to stick full-time with personal training. I think my overall love for sports and being physically active my whole life had a lot to do with my passion for fitness.
2. What are you most excited about doing with our members at RAW?
- I am most excited to share my knowledge with members at RAW and simply get to know everyone. I am excited to learn about personalities, learn about their fitness journeys, and be there when they achieve their fitness goals. Member relationships are very important to me, and I am excited to experience all their ups and downs.
3. What do you enjoy doing outside of fitness?
- Outside of fitness and being in a gym, I still enjoy anything sports related or being active. I love anything to do with the Red Wings, I like being outside, whether it's hiking, baseball, spikeball, putt-putt, and the list goes on. I am always looking to sharpen my mind and learn new things, so games like chess or listening to certain podcasts always keep me entertained. Lastly, I enjoy being around people as often as I can, whether it's working in a restaurant or going out with a few friends, I think one of the most important skills to continue to learn and develop is meeting and talking to new people.
