Change can be hard!

It is for a reason, our body and mind are built for survival, and if changing "our ways" is a little different then how we are accustomed to, we will have to go through a set of phases in the changing process.

This is called the Transtheoretical Change Model, and once you understand this concept, it will make it a lot easier to make that change, and have an understanding where you are at in this phase series.  This will help get over those humps and obstacles we all run into.
