When it comes to issues that we see the most in the fitness industry, low back pain is by far one of the most common that people deal with on a daily basis.
There are so many reasons that people could be in this situation
- Poor diet
- Joint and muscle dysfunctions
- Digestive issues
- Poor posture
- And so many other reasons
We have worked with so many people to help improve their posture and strengthen their core and low back, that we understand what those are going through that deal with back pain. It can be very debilitating, and frustrating.
