Last week we posted a video, from Coach David, on issues with the Pelvis, and how it can relate to things like back pain. It was a super informative video for those that have back issues, if you missed it you can check it out here:

Well Coach David took some time to create a full on Corrective Exercise Presentation for you today, in which he goes over some of the most common muscle imbalances a lot of us deal with that are causing joint dysfunctions and pain.
A muscle imbalance is simply dealing with the muscles surrounding the joints. One tends to be tight, while the opposing muscle of that joint tends to lay dormant, or is a weaker muscle that is not firing properly.
Now, this is the simplistic view of this, but David goes into great detail on this, and gives you some things you can implement TODAY to start improving your posture, strengthening the muscles around your joints that you are having issues with, and improving your range of motion and mobility.
In this video you will discover:
- The most common muscle imbalances in people
- The mind/muscle connection
- What muscles are predominately tight
- What muscles are predominately weak
- And much more!
