It has not always been easy… Danny has battled severe depression and addiction in his life. It wasn't until he found his newfound passion for self-improvement via health and fitness. He now passes that passion and knowledge that helped him overcome so many obstacles to those he works with.

One of Danny's Core Values is to always strive for constant improvement, and he practices it everyday whether with himself or his clients. His favorite time spent, however, is spending time with his beautiful young family of his wife, daughter and 2 sons.

My interest in working in the fitness industry stems from my long history of dance. Being active through dance has been a huge part of my life and I can now channel that through a different avenue!

The welcoming, personable approach that raw prides itself on is what drew me to become part of the team. It is a community of people that wants to see one another succeed and that will hold each other accountable while also being encouraging along the way.

I am most excited to form new relationships by being a part of other’s fitness journeys.

I began working out at the age of 19, after having gained a significant amount of weight in high school. The mental and physical changes that happened were life-changing for me. Fitness has remained the one constant in my life that I am passionate about.

I have a quote saved that reads, "What will I do when I reach the top, reach my hand down and pull others up". I don't mean literally that I am above any one person, but I have been where just about everybody that first walks through the door of RAW has been. I have felt all the feelings they feel. After years and years of yo-yo dieting, I just "get it" now and I want to help others have the same success. RAW was the place the changed not only my physical appearance but even more importantly, my mindset. I want to give back. I wholeheartedly believe in Danny's vision and the core values that Raw not only preaches but puts into practice daily. I truly love this community.

My favorite thing is to meet and interact with people. I thrive on getting to know people, making connections, having a true community where we support and encourage each other with ZERO negativity. I want every single member to feel amazing about their personal journey! This is Raw Fitness to me, and I can't wait to be an integral part of making our family grow!

Nutrition Accountability Coach / Trainer

I am 24, and originally from Applegate Mi. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology in 2019 from Central Michigan University.

I was originally Pre Med student before deciding to follow health and fitness as a career path. My passions outside of fitness are hunting, fishing and playing music which usually fills up the rare free time I have.

What got me into the fitness industry was my personal love of fitness and the impact it has had on my life. Not only has fitness helped me stay healthy physically but it has really been a huge factor in benefiting my mental health over the years.

Being able to help guide people to a happier life through fitness the way it has helped me is a big reason why I am in the industry. I hope in my time at RAW to be able to help every person who walks through the door, to leave happier and healthier than when they arrived.

I am so excited to join the Raw team and wanted to share a little bit about myself!

My name is Brooke Brewer! I am 25 and a local here from Romeo! Fitness and wellness have always been a huge part of my life, as I am a former professional snowboarder.

For years I was training and competing to get a spot in the 2018 Olympics in the event snowboardcross.

Unfortunately, due to too many concussions, that dream was cut short, but it brought me to so many other incredible opportunities. I grew my passions in health and wellness as I build a business focused on toxic free products and natural wellness.

I have loved learning more and teaching about how to heal the body from inside out, because at the end of the day, when we feel good, we are happy, and I’m ALL for being happy! I also have had incredible public speaking opportunities to speak on motivation, entrepreneurship, mental health and wellness, including speaking with the amazing Rachel Holis.

I am a RYT-200 Yoga instructor, and a fitness junkie. My favorite types of workouts are anything to do with heavy weights and alllllll the squats. Aside from wellness and fitness, other passions of mine include reading, advocating for mental health, eating guacamole, drinking wine and spending time with my hunky LEO of a boyfriend!

I am super excited to be a part of the Raw family because the WHOLEistic approach to wellness is everything that aligns with my beliefs. I absolutely love working out and taking care of my mind body and spirit, and feel Raw is more than just a place to “work out.

” What I am most excited to bring to the members at Raw is my vast knowledge on overall wellness and how to learn to not only take care of your body from inside out, but to love yourself for exactly who you are.”

What made you get into fitness?

My Dad was an athletic director, and I had 2 brothers who wrestled and played football. They were always strength training, so I would train with them.

The athletic edge it gave me motivated me to keep with it. And with it being a family event, it was part of my life. Now, I know being physically fit goes beyond just having physical strength, and I couldn’t live without it.

I’m most excited to bring my energy and experience to the members at Raw.

With years of group training behind me and coaching a diverse group of people over that time, I feel I can help motivate and create a positive attitude toward fitness. I want to help others feel strong and help them see their potential to better themselves through their experience at Raw.

Outside of Raw, I am a proud Mom of 2 kids. My daughter is a freshman at Ferris State, where she is playing soccer. My son is a senior at Romeo High school and engages in football, wrestling, and track.

There is nothing more I look forward to than game day! I grew up on the west side of the state, which made me a little bit of a beach bum. So we travel in the summer to beachside campgrounds. I love bonfire nights and gathering with friends. I also enjoy walking my 2 wheaten terriers and having morning coffee with my hubby.

1. What made you interested in health and fitness field?

My weight has always been on one end of the scale to the other. Up until I was about 17 I was pretty underweight (120ish lbs) and then over one summer I jumped up to around 200 lbs and became overweight. It wasn't until 2020 I finally lost about 60 lbs, put on some muscle and started to like how I was feeling. I want to help every person I can who is trying to undergo the same journey.

2. What do you enjoy most about health and/or fitness?

As mentioned above, I love the way it makes me feel. Not being winded when I play with my dog is great, and being able to

Move heavy things around without worrying if there's help all the time is pretty nice too. The mundane things get easier the more time I spend at the gym!

3. What are you most excited for to work with the raw clients?

I am super excited to share what I've learned about health and fitness. The science side of exercise and fitness has become my favorite rabbit hole to jump into, and I'll take every opportunity I can to share what I know about it.

4. Tell us something unique about yourself and what you like to do in your spare time.

Outside of my other big passion being martial arts, I am a huge nerd. Comic books, Dungeons & Dragons, and Star Wars are all a part of my daily life.

Challenge Coach

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, competing in multiple sports through school, then started weight lifting and immediately loved it. It’s been a huge part of my adult life and I will never stop!

I love that RAW really delves into every aspect of health and wellness! It’s all about balancing nutrition, movement, and living your best life feeling great.

I already feel the strong team spirit and leadership that translates into such a supportive environment. We want everyone to win!

I’m most excited to share my excitement to all the new members!! I can’t wait to get people super pumped in making this commitment! You can hit the restart button anytime in your life, age is just a number and there’s no time like the present to get rolling!

When I’m not in the gym I spend as much time outside as I can. Whether it’s reading a book on the porch, being out on the lake, hiking all our beautiful parks or just enjoying a bonfire it makes me happy. I also love to read and oftentimes finish my books within 2 days. My family is everything to me and spending time with them is the best!
